Our Story

Whoa Nellie

 /wəʊ/ /ˈnɛli/ (verb): to stop, pause or slow down.

And that’s what we’ve done.

Our family has moved across the country to pause for a moment and catch our breath; pursue our passions before it’s too late.

My name is Sally and I have a wonderful family whom we built a media empire in Tasmania filming food television such as Ben’s Menu, Food Lab, Left off the Map, Food Investigators….. as well as raising two beautiful children, started a restaurant and a social media business. I’m also a teacher so I kept dabbling in part time teaching along side the businesses. We were so caught up in ‘working’ we forgot how to live!

Now it’s time to restock and work a little more closely with people, capturing precious moments and memories. We can still do the other ‘stuff’ but we will be a little more selective.

I will be focussing on photography for a while to allow my creative juices to find their flow once more. If you would like your moment captured, please get in touch!
